What does a project correspond to?
Whether it's a report, a business plan, or a consolidated, each one counts for a project. Within each project, you can import as many FEC files as needed, create as many budgets as you want, import HR data, etc., as often as you like. If you delete a project, it is no longer counted toward your available quota.
